Sarah Garside - Dru Yoga teacher

Sarah has experience of practicing different styles of yoga for over 20 years, and has enjoyed teaching Dru Yoga over the last 4 years.  She chose to teach Dru yoga as it has a lovely flowing style, which in some sequences is similar to Chi Gung and Thai Chi.  It is suitable for all fitness levels, ages and abilities and Sarah particularly enjoys teaching such a broad range of people.

Sarah recently moved to this area due to her husband's passion for surfing and her own passion for spending time in nature.  Originally from Cheshire, she spent the last 4 years living in Shropshire, teaching yoga to adults, children and people that have a range of disabilities.  Friends and family couldn't understand why she was moving away.  When they came to visit they understood.  It's such a beautiful place to live and a wonderful place to visit.
